As out-of-town buyers we especially appreciated that Susan is highly professional, exceptionally easy to reach, responsive, proactive, and very well-connected in the Durham community, including inspection, contractors and craft specialists. We were "out of town" purchasers. We talked with Susan by phone and e-mail, and made an exploratory trip to Durham. She gave us a tour of the area and a few houses she thought we might like, and we found the perfect house on this "exploratory" trip.
