ZillowVERIFIED We just purchased our first home solely due to Sue. I have never met anyone in any industry that works as hard or cares as much as Sue does. She negotiated vigorously with the sellers and sellers agent to get us the best deal, she contacted my mortgage company when they were taking too long with their processing, she handled all of the logistics with home inspections, institutions, repairs, house cleaning, and title company. I can 100% assure you that you will never find a better agent than Susan Hartman. If you choose to go elsewhere you are doing yourself a huge disservice.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan Hartman is extremely helpful and friendly and truly cares for her clients. My parents first put their house up for sale in June 2015. By September 2015 my father unexpectedly passed away. This changed the entire dynamic of the sale of the house. It went from a regular sale to a short sale. Susan was right there with us all the way helping to find the right buyer for the house. She was fighting all the way with the banks and any third party companies involved to make sure that it would not go to foreclosure. Thankfully it did not and we closed on Aug 26! Thank you Susan for all of your hard work on helping us during a very difficult time. Susan was always there to help and answer any questions that we had. If I ever need a realitor again I will go with Susan Hartman!
