ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we came to Joe we presented him with a house to sell as well as a long aEURoewantaEUR? list for our new home. Not only was Joe able to sell our home for asking price (!!!) but he went to great lengths to find us our aEURoeForever HomeaEUR? within our budget AND every want on our list! We couldn't be happier with how both transactions went. We would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Joe got top dollar for the home we sold with him and got us a deal on the home we bought with him. He showed us many houses which we liked and one which we loved and bought. Couldn't be happier with him and his performance. Never pushy, always agreeable, availability seemed constant. Totally different experience than I had previously with other agents.

ZillowVERIFIED Both Susan and Steve Hansen are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They contacted me promptly and were happy to show me around the property for rental. All questions about the property were answered and they were friendly and helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan and Steve helped us find just the right home, after finding us a suitable rental property for our family of five to live in while we renovated our permanent home. We wanted an older home in need of renovation in a beautiful location -- a very difficult assignment -- and they delivered! They were always patient, energetic and eager to help. I highly recommend them!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan and Steve initially helped me buy our home at 7 Comstock Hill Avenue in Norwalk, CT, and their service was always above and beyond. In addition to being consummate real estate professionals, they were caring and responsive local experts who helped us integrate to our new town. When I was called away for extensive foreign travel and assignment, Susan and Steve were the go-to people who helped look after our property, which was enormously reassuring and not something they needed to do. For me, they are the platinum standard in real estate and we are fortunate to have worked with them. Five stars simply isn't enough.

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I decided to sell our home in Silvermine, I initially contacted a realtor from New Canaan. He told us our home was only worth the price of the land...boy, was he wrong!!! I contacted Susan and Steve Hanson whose expertise of the Silvermine area was stellar. They immediately convinced us that we would be able to sell our home for a very good price. Their knowledge of local tradespeople was very helpful in getting our home ready for sale. I loved having this lovely couple on our team and, if we were to buy or sell a home in Connecticut, we would call these two professionals again. Thank you, Susan and Steve. You two are wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan and Steve sold our home in Norwalk, CT in early 2009 in the worst real estate market ever. We had used another agent to try to sell our home but it didn't work out primarily because I don't think he was willing to tell us what we needed to hear considering the market conditions. We interviewed a few different agents before picking Susan and Steve and starting again. We chose them primarily due to their experience, personalities and dedication to their craft. They tried out-of-the-box marketing; such as, having Steve hand out flyers at South Norwalk station for the morning and evening rush (I think it was raining - sorry Steve.). Anyway long story short, they sold the house and held the deal together to the end even after our basement flooded during the mortgage inspection. If we were selling or buying a house in CT, we would use Susan and Steve again. As a side note, Susan is tough in 'Words with Friends.'

ZillowVERIFIED The Hansons helped us both buy and sell a home, but also they did so much more than that. They helped us move, loading up their car and making several trips with valuables that we didn't want to put on a moving van. It is impossible to encompass all the many things that they did, turning a difficult time into a relatively pleasant experience. At the end of the process we viewed them not only as great realtors but also as great friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve and Susan were experienced and very helpful thru the short sale process in purchasing our home. There were some very difficult roads to pass thru and we almost lost the house, but Steve and Susan gave us some critical advise to complete the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED This agent goes beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping clients through the buy, sell, open house process. The help they offer to make the process of selling and buying a home is invaluable. I cannot recommend this agent more highly and would not think of using any one else for future transactions. We recommend this Agent whenever we have the opportunity.

ZillowVERIFIED There are no words to adequately describe how pleased I am with the real estate services Susan and Steve Hanson provided. They went well beyond my expectations of real estate brokers. From the first day I met them until the successful sale of our family home, they offered genuine concern and support for the conditions under which I was selling our family home. During the dismantling of our home and the staging and selling processes I was not local to Norwalk and I was in mourning. Susan and Steve took over for me, providing hands-on oversight for every aspect of closing my family home and preparing it for a successful sale. I am indebted to them and am grateful I had them to lead me through what could have been such a difficult process without the right team.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan and Steve were there for us at every step of home buying process. With our first house we were newbies, but they helped us to buy our perfect home. After few years when it was time to move again, we knew Susan and Steve will go above and beyond to find us our home again (and so they did). They give their upfront opinion of the house and will tell if its suitable for the client or not, if we are in any kind of confusion. Its so nice of them, that they extend their help even after closing and check to see if we are all settled in and if we need help. They are the BEST!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't rave enough about our experience with Susan and Steve as realtors (and oustanding people) during the sale of our house. Their knowledge, expertise, resourcefulness, compassion, honesty and work ethic is a 10 on the 5 point scale. You will not find better advocates, advisors, or supports throughout the entire process. You can always count on them to "be there" throughout the process and their commitment and dedication is "off the charts". I have very high standards and I can honestly say that working with them has even exceeded my expectations. They're the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan and Steve helped us buy a home in Norwalk in 2009. I felt like they went the extra mile for us, they gave us a lot of information about the area and the houses we were looking at. They really listened to our concerns and requirements for a home, better than any realtor that we had worked with in the past. Our home is perfect for us and we have Susan and Steve to thank for finding it for us. We were new in town and they really made us feel part of the community and still do!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan and Steve are an excellent team of realtors. They helped me though the sometimes stressful negotiations in both purchasing a new house as well as with selling my condo. They really listened to my wants for a new home and helped me to find just what I was looking for. Susan and Steve were ready to go see houses the day they came on the market and were always available and willing to answer any question I had. They were extremely patient in my long house hunt and have a real interest in helping their clients find just what they are looking for. They truly are more than realtors- they have become wonderful friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan and Steve were so wonderful to work with in purchasing our first home!Although we were familiar with the area, their extensive knowledge and experience really assisted in making a sometimes difficult processs much easier. Between Steve's expertise in building structure/ land and Susan's wealth of knowledge about neighborhoods and area interests we knew we were in great hands. They always responded immediately to questions we had during the process and stuck up for our best interest. They really treat you as a part of their family and that is rare to find. We would recommend Susan and Steve to everyone and anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan & Steve were very knowledgeable from start to finish of the purchase process. They were always responsive and accommodating and made you feel like old friends. Even after we moved into the home Susan & Steve have been great by giving us helpful hints on the area and on service providers. I will certainly go to them should I move and would recommended them to friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan and Steve were wonderful to work with during the purchase of our first home last year. They have an extensive knowledge of the area and were always quick to respond to our needs. They are very honest and made our experience as first time homebuyers as smooth as possible. I agree with the previous review in that Susan and Steve really do treat you like family and we too consider them as friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan & Steve treat you like family. They don't hesitate to help in anyway possible. They really know the ins and outs of Fairfield county and are able to give great advice on not just the towns, but the distinct neighborhoods. After the sale they make a great effort to stay in touch and maintain relationships...they become more than realtors, they become friends.
