We contacted Joe after seeing many of his listings in our neighborhood in Norwalk which were selling over asking price. He came prepared to our initial meeting with neighborhood information, facts about our property and predictions of sale. He was realistic and honest. He was extremely helpful in preparing us how to stage our home for viewings and what we could expect. He did an excellent job working with his contacts on amazing photos and advertising. In the spring of 2021, we made the decision to sell our home. Joe had visited with us several months earlier and did a great job of keeping in touch to provide valuable market information which had changed materially even since his first visit. While Joe excelled at the all of the services that one would expect from a seasoned real estate professional: coaching us on how to optimize the staging of our home, marketing our property attractively in all of the media outlets, etc., what really made him stand out, was his acumen and guidance with respect to how we should price our house (in an overheated market that could easily lead to unrealistic asking prices), the approach to evaluating the multiple offers we received and how best to negotiate them so we could end up with the best and highest.
