Buying a house is hard. Buying a house in another state, unsure of which neighborhood or even if we preferred urban to rural living was seriously difficult. Doing that in the midst of a pandemic and a real estate boom, well, it looked impossible. Meeting Susan Feil turned that impossible situation into something else: an opportunity to buy a great house in an amazing neighborhood where we would be happy. But finding the house was the easy part. Navigating the negotiations, the fixes to the house, and everything else was where Susan and her staff really shone. They carried us through this process, making it possible to do it wherever we were: on the road, in another state, or in New Mexico. They gently prodded the various repair people so that we could get the house fixed. One thing we truly appreciated about Susan was that she was a consummate professional with an amazing depth and breadth of knowledge on real estate in general and real estate in Albuquerque and Santa Fe in particular and shared that information with us to help us get the best house for the best price. By connecting with Susan we also connected with her rolodex of other professionals, which has also been quite valuable to us. Throughout our time with her, she has been generous with her knowledge and connections. Most important to us, she behaved with integrity in all our dealings with her. We would be remiss if we didnt mention her staff. Susan does more than most humans can do because shes backed up by an amazing staff. Even after closing they didnt stop helping us. Weve worked with several realtors over the years, but none was as amazing as Susan Feil.

Best decision we made with our recent home buying experience was to enlist the help of Susan. We had an especially complicated home purchase, as we lived out of town and our closing occurred right as the COVID-19 crisis escalated. Susan, was calm, helpful and guided us through the entire process without difficulty. Her assistant Dana was also very prompt and professional, and all documentation was completed quickly and efficiently. Susan was incredibly reachable by phone, text or email and responded fast to help with quick decisions that had to be made in a very competitive market. She also provided great value with very frank, honest and helpful advice throughout the home buying process. She advocates for her clients best interest and not just to get the quickest deal possible. I would highly recommend and if we purchase a home again she would easily be our first call.
