ZillowVERIFIEDSusan responded quickly to all of our questions. she made sure all of our home needs were met. Assisted in our loan process by referring a financial adviser who made our loan process very smooth. Susan had a lot of kowledge of the market trends. I highly recommend her as an agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDWas always timely, and got her response on properties I wanted to view. As soon as I would send her a MLS listing # she would get a viewing booked for a time that worked for me. And, very helpful once deciding on moving forward with a property. Ended up negotiating a house which I am currently under contract and should be closing very soon. Susan was excellent.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I have been working with Susan for about year now. She is wonderful! What we were looking for and what our budget would allow seemed almost impossible. Not to mention we were using a VA approved lender, which they are a little picky. They paired us with Susan, and we started looking for homes. With our smaller budget, wanting land for our small family and animals it didnt seem possible, Susan never gave up! Also, being a younger couple (late 20s early 30s) and with this being our first time ever buying a home, we were a little apprehensive about going through with it. Susan never once made us feel bad for asking a lot of questions. Im happy to say in about two weeks we are expected to close on our home! If you need help with anything Susan is the one to go to! She is very knowledgeable about the VA guidelines. I highly recommend Susan for any first time home owners, like my husband and myself, or anyone for that matter. Thank you Susan!
ZillowVERIFIEDShe was very helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with us even though our current home was not in contract and we werent having any showings to sell it. She kept trudging away with us and said we needed to know what was out there for when our home did go into contract. We would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new home. She is very easy to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDSusan helped us to buy our first home. She knew the area well and was able to offer helpful insight into the process of buying a home. She was willing to show us houses at a short notice. She was very professional, prompt, and friendly. We would definitely recommend her as a realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDextremely helpful. will contact her again when the timing is right. always on time and very professional in every area of the transaction. always quick to answer questions or address concerns.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe didnt have the chance to work with Susan long because she had our house sold in less than two weeks!!! This was our first time selling a home, and she was a great help, and didnt make us feel like a bother with all of our questions. She is very knowledgable!!
ZillowVERIFIEDSusan has done an amazing job to help me find the perfect home for me and my family. Susan was always available to meet with me at my convenience, weather it be an early or morning or a late night. I knew thoughout the process she was the most knowledgeable relator in the area.
ZillowVERIFIEDSusan and I worked together on more than 20 Real Estate transactions over a course of 20 plus years. Her professionalism held many deals together for me as a seller , and as a buyer . I recommended her to other buyers and sellers over the years, and all of those involved were equally satisfied with Susan, as I always was. She knows the area well, she has the knowledge and patience to maintain deals thru challenges and emotions , and she is a pleasant to be around !! She is a hard worker, dedicated, and committed. You will not be disappointed if you choose to use Susan for your real estate needs.
