ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Susan. She was very knowledgeable about the different areas that we were looking to buy. She was very responsive to any questions that we had & if she didn't have the answer she was quick to get it for us. The house we actually bought had just gone on the market & wasn't on our list to view that day, but Susan had put it on her list for us as she knew it was what we were looking for. I highly recommend her as your agent! You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan is a gem. A realtor who takes her job seriously and is very detailed. She listened to our needs and delivered! We found our house within 3 days and she was able to write a solid offer that was accepted over 6 other bidders. She truly cares about you and wants to get you into a house you will love. Thank you Susan.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was amazing to work with while we searched for a new home and while selling our former home as well. Whether buying or selling, issues almost always aEURoepopaEUR? up, but she was always right there making the process go smoothly. Nothing rattles her either. She is a great source of support, advice and all-around knowledge. There are many, many Brokers out there, but very few that work as hard or are as passionate about their job as Sue. We loved how she was always upbeat and became a friend by the time our transactions were completed. She is a class act all the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was absolutely incredible throughout the process of helping us buy our home. She is knowledgeable about the market, was patient with our unique situation, and was available for every question we had along the way. I don't think there was a question we asked that she didn't know the answer to. Susan definitely goes above and beyond to make everything seamless and smooth. We look forward to having her help us sell our original home as well. Her attention to detail is amazing. She's organized and thorough. One of the best professionals I have ever worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan provided fantastic advice and assistance during the sale of a rental property. She did a lot of research to determine the most appropriate asking price for our unique two unit in North Syracuse. All processes and paperwork were handled very quickly and made the process extremely easy for me and my wife. I would strongly recommend Susan to represent you as your broken in the sale or purchase of a home!

ZillowVERIFIED The prospect of selling a aEURoefamily-onlyaEUR? owned home was challenging and anxiety-causing. When it was time to proceed, I engaged Susan DiVirgillio as my real estate agent (since she had been highly recommended by a dear friend whose family has worked with her repeatedly). She is highly efficient and knowledgeable and guides you through the pile of necessary paperwork. Susan has an easy-going personality that never makes you feel rushed or pressured. One of the things I appreciated the most when the house was on the market is that she kept in contact even when there wasnt much new to report. It lets you know that whats important to you is important to her as well. I would highly recommend Susan, and will work with her again if the need arises. If you are looking for a warm, friendly and experienced real estate agent who will go on that journey with you, hire Susan!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was so amazing with helping us buy our house in the school district that we wanted. She was so helpful with explaining how the market had changed and why and helping us navigate it. Susan made her self available to be sure we saw houses as soon as they came on the market so we had a chance. Her knowledge is vast and was a true asset to our house buying experience. She gives you her honest opinion and also helps you envision what a house could be. I cannot recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan is very professional, very organized, and provided excellent guidance regarding the preparation of our home (like painting certain room's a neutral color) so everything looked crisp and clean before showing. This helped maximize the sell price.

ZillowVERIFIED Seven years ago Susan helped us with real estate matters pertaining to my fathers home. In the Fall of 2019, I reached out to her as we wanted to list our home in Baldwinsville in the Summer of 2020, and she provided a market analysis so we could take care of some things over the winter (paint, carpet). In March it became apparent that our timeline needed to be escalated - in three days our contract to list was available and signed, photos the next day, online the next! 4 showings the following day and 3 offers within 24 hours we accepted an offer. Susan knows the market, has an eye for detail, and is able to push everything through to a no stress closing. Highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED My Boyfriend and I went through 2 realtors before we were referred to Sue. We pretty much were about to just give up on purchasing a home because nothing seemed to work out for us. When we asked sue to be our Realtor it was the BEST thing we could have done for our future. She was OUTSTANDING! She not only exceeding our expectations but, she was very personable, and caring of our needs. She also knows how to win a battle. Highly Recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with several agents in the past, and Susan was a step above the rest! We bought and sold at the same time and she was incredible. Her availability, her knowledge of the neighborhoods, and her ability to help work out a great deal can not be topped. Her marketing campaign and open house helped sell our house in 2 days, and she was able to negotiate a great deal on our dream home within our tight timeline (one night looking at 7 houses in one night). She was there from when we decided to put the house back on the market right through to the closing to ensure everything went smooth. I recommend Susan to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the greater Syracuse area!!!

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish, Susan made the purchase of our new home and the sale of our past home a wonderful experience for us. We had many issues with our purchase and Susan was there as our advocate throughout the whole process. Whatever we needed along the way she provided. Whether it was follow up phone calls/emails with the attorney, listing agent or for her to just lend an ear and listen to our frustration. She has a very positive attitude and goes above and beyond as an agent. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. We are grateful for not only Sue being the best agent for us but also for the friendship that we have developed! Thank you!
