Seven years ago Susan helped us with real estate matters pertaining to my fathers home. In the Fall of 2019, I reached out to her as we wanted to list our home in Baldwinsville in the Summer of 2020, and she provided a market analysis so we could take care of some things over the winter (paint, carpet). In March it became apparent that our timeline needed to be escalated - in three days our contract to list was available and signed, photos the next day, online the next! 4 showings the following day and 3 offers within 24 hours we accepted an offer.
