ZillowVERIFIEDI can't say enough about Susan Del Pozzo! On my first visit with her she took the time to answer my MANY MANY questions. Then she walked my house and we reviewed EVERYTHING that needed to be in done in order to make sure it was going to be a great showing - and boy was it a GREAT look! Susan was never out of reach at any time for any of my questions in which she would answer in an extremely timely manner. She was always in communication with me from the big things to the small things. When it was time for the photographers and videographers to come to my house and film, she came the day before and did a detailed overview of my house to be sure all was done as she asked. Then the next day when the photographer and videographer came to the house she was there again just to be sure everything was in the right place for a great presentation. THEN to top it off - from the time the pictures/videography was done she had it listed in less than 24 hours (and by the way she was putting on a birthday party for her husband at the same time). Within 12 hours of the house being listed, I had a showing AND offers were coming in! I couldn't ask for anything more from Susan!
