I struggled with my buyer who was extremely difficult to work with and Susan took over and handled everything in an extremely professional manner. She had to deal with this individual at all hours of the day and night and of course he absolutely refused to go through his agent as required. So, she was always having to run interference to keep him off of me. The bank had some weird issues when buying my new place and Susan was able to resolve those issues as well. Her knowledge and professionalism are above and beyond what you hope for when looking for an agent and I cant possible say enough good things about working with her. The website she provided made browsing homes that were for sale an easy process, and she was able to set up viewings as requested. Her expertise was appreciated when guiding us through the negotiation and contracts. When it came time for the home inspection, she recommended two different inspectors. Unfortunately, we ended up not being fully satisfied with the one we chose since he missed major furnace and water heater issues, and they ended up having to be replaced. Susan did contact the inspector after we purchased the home to convey our issues. Overall, we're pleased with her service.
