I strongly recommend Ty Wiles if your looking for your dream home!! Ty was always available and answered any questions we had. He made time for us any house we wanted to look at and didnt mind looking a multiple homes in one day if we wanted. He never made us feel like we were on the back burner. If you are looking for a realtor. You found him! Steven had me convinced I chose the correct realtor within 10 minutes of our first meeting. I can't go into all the details of my time working with Steven here, due to the fact it would be a book of details. But the main thing I think I should confer here about Steven is just how attentive he is. He listens to what you are saying, and acts on it. Steven comes to work. You will be able to tell just how knowledgable he is, and how actually "human" he is in no time. He gave me the feeling like I'm dealing with a long time friend while helping me sell my Mother's house. Never once did I feel like he's not done or is doing all that can be done to sell. If you are reading this, trying to find a realtor? You're done, call Steven. You are doing the right thing, call him. I'll easily refer him from now on to anyone that needs a realtor. I'm not even removing him from my contacts in my phone, just so I can refer him easily and quickly from now on. I'm not a bot. I'm real, and it's not easy for me personally to like anyone, most usually I don't like anybody at first. It's just my personality, no trust in people for me. But I had no problem liking and respecting Steven because he earned that from me quickly. If you ever read this review Steven, Thank you again sir, for all you went through with me to sell. Steven was very helpful from the moment we were looking for a house to the day we closed the deal. He showed us a few places and made sure we were going to the right house in terms of location, size and price. He helped and adviced on negociation and explained the process as it was my first house purchased in the US. I highly recomend working with Steven, and his realtor office, he even helped us after closing day with house fixing, recomendations and lending equipment that belonged to him.
