I knew little about the entire process of buying a home, and she was an excellent guide, and was always extremely friendly and easy to approach with any questions I had. She was always very responsive, too, and always answered everything well enough that I felt that I knew what I was doing. Since she's super familiar with the area, I felt very confident that I knew what I was getting into. As we looked at houses she gave me some important things to look for and a lot of general knowledge on looking at houses. When I made an offer on the house she explained everything that goes into the offer (It's a lot!). She was excellent when we were negotiating with the seller (both on the initial offer and when requesting repairs after the inspection). After everything was settled and we approached closing, she made sure I felt confident in all of my decisions. I closed on my home confident that I made good decisions on everything with the help of Susan! I would definitely recommend her as a realtor, 100%!

She spent a lot of time with us visiting various houses, listening to our needs and explaining all aspects of having a house in different localizations around South Bend. After selecting a house, she was very professional when acting as a bridge between us, the seller and the builder. She advised us a series of necessary inspections, which resulted in important improvements, which builder did for us before closing. She was very patient when explaining us all the details of buying and closing processes, and she was very responsive when we had questions. In addition to that, Susan is a charming person, what simply makes buying a house with her a great pleasure.

ZillowVERIFIED If it were not for Susan's tenacity, my deal would never have gotten done. The broker for the seller was incompetent and didn't respond to emails, nor did he convey a full priced offer to his seller. The seller pulled the listing off the market at one point, but Susan got us back in track. She held my hand through the entire process since I was new to South Bend having just moved from CT where real estate transactions are done very differently. She helped me to negotiate several rebates on items that I didn't know I could ask Seller for which reduced my purchase price by 10%. She is honest, dedicated and cares about the long term best interest of her clients. She's not one of those brokers who just wants to make a commission. I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who needs an honest broker who will go above and beyond!
