Sue Bean is a wonderful realtor who knows the surrounding market extremely well. She worked tirelessly to help us find our family home. She was able to not only negotiate a great price but also help us move into our new home in less than 28 days. Sue dedicated an entire weekend to house hunting with us. In addition, Sue assisted us in selling a house that we bought as a flip. She was able to get us 3 offers within the first few days and under contract in 4 days. Not only will we be using Sue for all of our realtor needs, but we highly recommend Sue to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Susan Bean worked with my family and I nearly two years to find our forever home. We experienced some unforeseen circumstances at the fault of a seller and Sue and Big Rapids Realty worked endless hours helping to fix it. Sue was kind, informative, and always presented all options. She was flexible with schedule and always found time for us even last minute. We were very happy with our experience with Sue and Big rapids Realty and are very grateful for their part in finding our family a home!
