Susan is amazing, if you can get her as your agent you will be blessed! I relocated from Alabama to Florida, and closed on my new home last week. She got a feel for what I was looking for and the budget I was working with. She has tremendous knowledge of the area. We looked at many houses and she was very thorough with inspecting the homes for potential problems as well as pointing out the good qualities the property had to offer. My home in Alabama was already under contract to close in April so finding another house was a priority. I was getting a little discouraged but Susan was so wonderful to reassure me, we would keep looking until we found the right one for me. She was not pushy at all, she is not a "sales person" we typically see in this type of industry, she truly cares and wants her clients to find the right fit for them. It honestly felt like Susan was buying the house with me, she was that deeply involved and committed to finding what fit my wants and needs. She was with me every step of the way. Making sure my move out of the house in Alabama was going well all the way to my move into the house in Florida. She gave me tips on rental moving trucks, possible storage if needed, suggestions on where to stay if I wasn't able to move in immediately. Any and everything that involved me getting here she helped with. I am so GRATEFUL..... My stress level was minimal because I knew she was a phone call or text away from finding the solution to whatever I needed. I just can't say enough about how organized, proficient and caring she is. All the companies she works with, the title company, insurance agencies, inspectors, etc. are top notch. I have bought and sold homes and properties several times, this lady is one in a million!!!!!
