We loved our house we were now selling, but I could not take the Florida bugs. Every bug in Florida bit me and I got tired of smelling like OFF. Our house was a tough sale because it was the nicest home in a mixed dwelling neighborhood, and needed just the right person to buy it. Susan made it happen by having open houses and using her contacts to make it happen. If we ever moved back to Florida, (which we won't, haha), we would give Susan a call to buy another home. 5 stars always as usual.
