Susan was the agent and contacted me the same day and showed it to me the following day. 4 years later I purchased the home with the help of Susan. Her knowledge in the real estate field is spot on. Things that came up were addressed immediately and made my buying less stressful. I am going to miss meeting her at the local spot to pay my rent and our conversations but will stay in touch. ZillowVERIFIED I started a conversation with Susan 5 years ago about a rental property. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful back then. Now 5 years later Susan helped me purchase a home. I have to be perfectly honest with you, she worked extremely hard with me and for me on this property. Beyond what a realtor does or should do! Susan helped find a mortgage broker that was the right fit for my needs.(who I would not recommend knowing what I know now) I have to admit, if it werent for Susan I'm not sure this house would ever of closed. If something was to happen trust me it happened. Susan was fantastic on keeping the seller informed on what was going on and kept them abreast on information. Susan worked for both seller and buyer.
