ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a pleasure working with Suresh. We sold our rental property in a neighborhood that Suresh knows very well, so he was able to provide solid advice and pricing recommendations. He was always available through text, and if I called him and didnt reach him, he would always return my call within an half hour. We made it challenging for Suresh, as we had tenants in the property during much of the listing period, but he formed a great relationship with the tenants and was very flexible with some of their limitations. Very knowledgeable and professional, would use him again!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home or property can be stressfull and overwhelming for even the most experienced home buyer, but with the guidance of our realtor Mr. Suresh Khemlani you will feel at ease throughout the entire process. This is my second purchase of a property with the assistance of Mr Suresh Khemlani, and it was a pleasure. He never lets you feel rushed or pressured into buying a property you do not want or will not enjoy. It makes the process so much easier when you have a realtor with the right experience, connection and ability to guide you from the beginning to receiving your keys to a brand new property. He takes care of it all, from connection to a mortgage/loan company to reviewing all documentation that is processed for sale and purchase. Mr. Khemlani will never leave your calls unanswered even after the final paperwork is signed. Lets just say you cannot ask for a better realtor in town. We look forward to working with Mr. Khemlani again in the near future.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Suresh K Khemlani for approximately for 10 years. He has helped me to find tenants in Bonita Lakes as well as recently finding a buyer for my house in Bonita Lakes.it took him in about 30 days to find a purchaser for a price that I was satisfied. Once the contract was signed he followed up on a daily or weekly basis. it took the buyer over three months to be improved for his mortgage. Suresh was in constant contact with the Buyer's agent as well as with the title company.I am well aware of the complications that can arise if your agent is not as sophisticated as Suresh K Khemlani. I ahve been a real estate attorney for many years and I realized the problems can arise. Suresh was my go to man.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Mr. Suresh k Khemlani to sell our first home in Sunrise Fl. We live in Jacksonville Fl. and the property is a distance of 360 miles away. We really cant say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. He also recommended handymen, and oversee their work. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Mr. Khemlani made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him. After seeing the property, we now consider him our friend.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I meet Suresh by pure coincidence. We were looking for properties in the Homestead area, we saw a hose that had a for sale sign and we called the number, Suresh was the selling agent for that property. The house we saw was under contract, but from there our relationship started. He helped us in the process of getting our loan. He adjusted all the showings to our busy schedule. He was always on top of the game. With his advises, professionalism, and dedication we found the property we wanted and closed the deal approximately one month and half after we meet him. Mr.Khemlani is a real realtor, he is always in contact with his clients, he is always trying to help you, very transparent person and the most important thing he is a person that you can trust. He goes above and beyond to help you get the house you want. I remember that we had a problem with the association, and he helped us to resolve the issue in a blink of an eye.Thank you Suresh we are extremely happy with your service.

ZillowVERIFIED Suresh is a unique professional on the area of Real Estate. His knowledge of all faces of the real estate market transcends all real estate agents that I have ever meet. I am Latin and my husband is American and Miami is a multicultural market and Suresh can conduct the real estate business in 6 different languages. When you deal with Suresh you have a trusted advisor and someone who has the financial background as he is an MBA and understands the financial implications of the appropriate real estate investor. He becomes not only your sales agent but also your consultant as you consider important and significant real estate transactions. His knowledge of the South Florida market is stellar. I give to Suresh the highest recommendation and he will exceed your expectations as an agent as he is a professional and a person of great integrity and ethics.

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Suresh when he was the selling agent for the property I was buying. Negotiations with my bank were being held up. Suresh took charge of situation and things got done quickly. While my agent was coasting along. After I purchased my home at15983 S.W. 85 St. Miami FL. I told Suresh if I ever sold my home I would use him as my agent. The time finally did come the market went up and I contacted Suresh and put my house up for sale. The house sold within a week after it went on market. I was very happy and pleased with his handling of the sale and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

We have recommended him to all of our family and friends and we would recommend for anyone to go with him. He is absolutely excellent. He knows his stuff and makes things happen and go through even in this bad economy and difficult market for buying too. It was a great experience working with him. He is super polite, informative, helpful, knowledgable, and professional. We had a very special situation where we had to go through 3 different mortgage companies and he still made sure to make it happen and even helped us with finding the mortgage company we ended up with. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we ended up with our ultimate dream home because of him. No one else could have made it happen. Please run and call him as you realtor now if you want things to happen with buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Suresh Khemlani was referred to us through mutual friends as a trustworthy, experienced real-estate agent. Our first meeting was quite informative and enlightening. We were told what to realistically expect in today's tumultuous real-estate market, and I must say, we were confidant of his expertise from the very beginning. Our home was listed quite quickly and surprisingly we received our first offer within just a few days. The prospective buyer, after signing the purchase agreement and with deposit in escrow, got cold feet and decidedto back out of the contract in a rather unorthodox manner causing great distress to myself and my family. Well, it was Mr. Khemlani to the rescue. With his help we were able to negotiate through and beyond the first prospective buyer's negligence. Surprisingly our house was back on the market soon thereafter, and in just a few days there were new prospective buyers being shown the home. We were able to sign and close on the home shortly after the relisting. Thanks to Mr. Khemlani's guidance, we were able to sell our home and on top of that sell it quite close to the original asking price.Mr. Khemlani's approach to marketing our home and managing buyer/seller negotiations made all the difference one could ask for.I am thankful that I now have a real-estate agent that I can refer to others with a sincere stamp of approval. Thank you Suresh.
