ZillowVERIFIEDIt was an awesome experience to working with Sunshine. She is very personable, extremely initiative and hard working, super achiever. During the process of selling my place, we had some issues that were inherited with the place and that I wasn't aware of. Time and again, I had to call Sunshine to discuss the situation, which wasn't easy by far considering the fact that I was overseas 7 hours ahead of FL time during the entire process. Sunshine was always available for a discussion to answer any of the questions that I had, and she always provided a clear answer and a solution to the situations that we had to tackle. I wouldn't have a second thought to call Sunshine if I needed a realtor to either sell or buy a place.
