We had such a great experience working with Cole! He is so personable and professional and his knowledge in the real estate world made our first home purchase a breeze. He is a great negotiator as he beat out 11 other offers & saved us over $20k for repairs! In addition, he works with the ?Homes for Heroes? benefit which saved us another $6k on top. Sandra is amazing at what she does! She walked us through the process of buying our first home to later helping us stage and sell the same home!
