I had a very pleasant experience with her throughout my home buying journey, and she made me feel comfortable every step of the way knowing that I will be a first-time home owner. Absolute stand-out qualities from Sunny: - She truly listens to her clients' needs: When viewing a home, Sunny is very good at pointing out areas of a house that meet our asks or features that we are looking for that are lacking in a house - she kept us on track, which was so important for us because it was easy to get side tracked by new homes and the sense of urgency in the housing market. Additionally, she did not pressure us to provide feedback on site and allowed us to think about it and get back to her a later/convenient time. - She timely and responsive: This is such a crucial step. I really felt supported while working with her. If there was a home we wanted to see or re-see, she would arrange it quickly. During the offer process and escrow, she and her team were quick to provide the paperwork we needed and were organized. Also, when we suggested meeting with a contractor to re-see a home we were interested in but required renovations in order for us to place an offer, she arranged the meeting quickly and was able bring in a contractor who was already familiar with the home. Wow! - She makes herself available when needed: A standout example is when she took the time to meet with us at the city planning department to discuss proposed renovations plans we felt were crucial in order for us to put an offer on a home. She really went the extra mile to do that for us and really helped carry the conversation with the planning department as well since we were new to the process. Again, I felt very supported. The icing on the cake is her even temperament and patience throughout our search. Sunny is personable and fun to work with and is very knowledgeable of the area. I'm so glad we went through this home-buying journey with Sunny's guidance.

ZillowVERIFIEDSunny is a member of the Intero Tse group. With their help, we first bought a house south of San Jose. Then renovated and listed our old house in Fremont. Accepted a good offer within two days the house was listed and closed the deal within 3 weeks. All these happened as if they were all planned ahead of the time. The smooth operation is unbelievable. The Tse group operates like a precision clock and Sunny is a center gear that links other functional components. She is very responsive and caring. She will pick up and answer questions other team members missed, and makes you feel that you are in good hands. The past 3-month collaboration with Sunny and Tse group is definitely the best experience we had in the past 18 years. FYI, our current house is the 4th on the record. We were amazed at the speed it took to get our home ready for the open house. It took less than three weeks from the very first meeting with the Tse team to construction/renovation work, home inspection, staging, and the open house. There was constant communication and we were updated every step of the way through escrow closing and handing over of keys. Our house was sold in six days at $250K over the list price. We could not be more pleased with the result. Thanks to Sunny, Eric, and Andy for making it happen. We highly recommend them and will definitely work with them again if the opportunity arises.
