Additionally, she did not pressure us to provide feedback on site and allowed us to think about it and get back to her a later/convenient time. - She timely and responsive: This is such a crucial step. I really felt supported while working with her. If there was a home we wanted to see or re-see, she would arrange it quickly. During the offer process and escrow, she and her team were quick to provide the paperwork we needed and were organized. Also, when we suggested meeting with a contractor to re-see a home we were interested in but required renovations in order for us to place an offer, she arranged the meeting quickly and was able bring in a contractor who was already familiar with the home. Wow! - She makes herself available when needed: A standout example is when she took the time to meet with us at the city planning department to discuss proposed renovations plans we felt were crucial in order for us to put an offer on a home. She really went the extra mile to do that for us and really helped carry the conversation with the planning department as well since we were new to the process. Again, I felt very supported. The icing on the cake is her even temperament and patience throughout our search. Sunny is personable and fun to work with and is very knowledgeable of the area.
