ZillowVERIFIEDJamie is the best hands down - She is extremely helpful, informative, professional, and hard working! As first time home buyers, my husband and I were a little overwhelmed by the entire purchasing process and had so many questions. Jamie walked us through the entire process from the very beginning, explained all of our options along the way, made us feel prepared, comfortable, and confident from start to finish, and helped us secure our dream home quickly and efficiently! Jamie works fast and ensured that we were able to change our search areas when requested, gain access to every house that we wanted to tour, and submit an appealing offer when the decision was made. She answered our questions promptly and never once kept us waiting. I cannot imagine going through this process for the first time with any other realtor! Jamie was beyond exceptional, and I would highly recommend her and the Sunny Darden Team to anyone who is considering purchasing a home in the area. 11 out of 10 stars!

ZillowVERIFIED Sunny and Jane are amazing. We were nervous about selling our home in a difficult environment while building another house but they handled everything to make the process as easy and stressfree as possible. Their staging, marketing and information management was top notch and helped us sell quickly at the price we were looking for. I've worked with several different realators over the years and none compare to the services Sunny and Jane provide. Thank you Sunny, Jane and the team at Sunny Darden!

ZillowVERIFIED Sunny and her team of rockstars did an incredible job navigating us on the sale of our home in this crazy DFW market. Her knowledge of the market and real estate process led to a very smooth experience and made it effortless to not only sell our home but take full advantage of the sellers market. In one weekend we had an incredible amount of offers and she walked us through the specifics on each offer to guide us on which one worked best for our needs.Nothing short of professional and willing to do anything to help facilitate a smooth transaction. I would recommend Sunny Darden real estate to any one looking to buy or sell in the DFW area.

ZillowVERIFIED Sunny was a pleasure to deal with in the listing and sale of our home. We had already moved and we were able to rely on Sunny to ensure things like our landscaping service, staging, etc. was doing a good job, She also did a great job of presenting our home via all the electronic tools, such as social media and was present for all showings to let the buyer and their agent know of the key aspects of the home and provided them with a really well done book to take home on the features of the house, pictures, improvements, etc. Lastly she stayed on top of the timing from the offer acceptance to closing and kept us informed all along the way. We would definitely use Sunny in a future transaction and highly recommend her and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED She Is Amazing!!! Not only was this our familys first time buying a home but we were also moving from out of state. The process in itself was scary and very intimidating. We had no idea where to start until we were reading reviews ourselves and came across Sandy. From the first conversation we had over the phone she reassured us that she would be with us every step of the way and until the very end thats where she was!!! Going through the home buying process my husband and I went through every emotion possible and she was right there through all of that too! She answered all of our questions, concerns, and more. She always gave us the best advice and always had our children in mind when it came to the home. This was such a big decision in our lives and I dont know how we wouldve done it without her!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandy worked for us as our buyer's agent. Was very knowledgeable of the process and area but not overbearing.Responded very quickly via both texts and emails.Coached us on our offer and it was accepted at a price below asking with other seller compensated items thrown in.We had a complicated closing with numerous amendments and a couple curve balls but we were still able to go from starting offer to closing in 16 days and were quite pleased with the end result.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought 6 houses in my life and Sunny and her team are a cut above any agents I have worked with! I knew nothing of the market in the Frisco area and they made me feel relaxed and completely informed of market conditions. They showed me exactly what I asked for and gave expert advice on negotiations, warranties, insurance, taxes and everything else I needed. Sunny's partner Perri made buying a house from 800 miles away a breeze! I can't say enough good things about this team! Thank you for making a difficult experience a pleasurable one. You guys are the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Sunny was the 2nd of 3 realtors on my list. After our first conversation , I knew what was missing on the first one as she asked me questions and gave me answers that the first one didnt have. I was confident I found the realtor wholl help us find our dream home. We were hoping to find a house in 3-6 months and we got one in 3 weeks. Not that we rushed but she was very diligent in finding us a home with the perfect balance of our wants, needs and our budget. She was pretty much in contact with us everyday and theres not a single question left unanswered, not a single worry left unassured. I strongly recommend her as shes very good in her profession. After closing, she was still in contact with us and making sure everything is okay. We now have a great home and thats because we had a great realtor, thats Sunny Darden.

ZillowVERIFIED I happened upon Sunny by chance after clicking on a property I was interested in. She called me immediately and we chatted. She came by that same weekend and walked me through the home buying process and got to know me and my needs. Without going into too much detail, I can honestly say I would NOT have made it through this process without her by my side every step of the way. I had to make some tough decisions, but they were necessary to get to the best home for my family. She is truly an angel and such a pleasure to work with.
