ZillowVERIFIED Home Buying process has been rather a long journey for us.. Almost an year.. For us, as a first-time home buyer, Sunita has been very patient throughout the process, never pushed us into buying something she wasn't convinced about... As a first-time home buyer, there is a lot a learn, and I can certainly say that she is the best when it comes to explaining stuff from the very basics... She was always available and very prompt (this is a must) due to the highly competitive bay area market, you need to respond quick (doesn't matter day or late midnight.. weekday or weekend).. She has spent hours and hours going through inspection reports in details, providing red flags if any, and so on.... For us, we also had cold feet on one of the property after we deposited the Earnest money. She handled the situation very well and got us our full money back.. After putting multiple offers, and not able to buy due to competition, we started losing hope. and Right at that time, she found a property which matched/exceeded all our criteria's (and well within our budget), and she seller was ready to accept preemptive offer. She took the prompt action, we made the offer the same day, and got the property before it hit the market. Really amazed with the speed with which she worked on this with us. The closing process has been very smooth as well. She also tried to get some extra work done (aside from contract terms).. really appreciate her thought process about securing her client's interest. She is very meticulous, punctual and has great knowledge about house construction, areas, schools, and communities in the Bay Area. First of all, she not only understands the market and client requirements, but she helps clients to figure out a clear set of aEUR~must have and aEUR~nice to have' requirements for them. If she thinks something will not work for you, she makes it very clear with all pros and cons without pushing you. She helps in figuring out which areas would work better for you, what to look for when you are choosing the house and how to choose the schools. When it comes to checking out the property, she usually arrives a little earlier than the appointment time, inspects the house, talks to the neighbors if possible, and mostly has her study ready before you arrive. It is very helpful and saves a lot of time. I am very impressed with her knowledge about house foundation issues, soil, and termite related issues, suggestions about if remodeling is possible or not, what kind of problems we will face and what would be the best options, etc. and many other great details which many realtors literally have no idea about. She is very firm in saying aEUR~no if there are issues with the house. She is very responsive and she would keep working with you until you find THE one!.
