ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough good things about Shelly, Summer and their team at Re/Max. I work overseas for the Department of Defense. Upon my departure in 2018, I rented my primary residence through a property management company. Around the first of June 2021, I decided to sell my residence. I contacted about five realtors inquiring if they would be interested in listing my house. Only two responded with interest. Only Shelly actively sought my business. My property manager notified my renter that they would have to vacate the house by July 31st. Shelly worked with me to establish a selling price that was both reasonable and met my expectations. Unfortunately, my renter did not want to vacate. My renter resisted allowing Shelly to inspect the house, resisted keeping the For Sale sign in the yard, resisted opening the house to prospective buyers. Though all this Shelly and her team worked patiently with the renter and the property manager to promote the sale of the house. Shelly listed my house within two weeks. I received an offer above my asking price within one day.Since I am overseas, Shelly and her team worked extra hard to prepare the house for sale. They funded minor repairs to the house agree to forgo payment until closing. She worked with the Title Company and my friend who represented me at the closing. She kept me completely informed of every aspect of the preparation, sale, and closing. She answered every question I had quickly and accurately.I cannot recommend Shelly and her team enough. I only wish she could help me purchase a house in Tennessee. Whoever, I choose to work with in Tennessee will have very big shoes to fill. Shelly and her team set a standard of excellence that will be hard to match.

She was helpful with info (schools, shopping, entertainment) on all the neighborhoods/towns we looked in. She understood exactly what type of house we wanted and made great recommendations leading to a house that we LOVE. She was always there to respond to my crazy texts with questions about the houses as well look and latter the contract, even listening when I panicked about things that were in no way in the line of normal realtor responsibility.We also had a great experience with her associates. ZillowVERIFIED Having listed my duplex for sale several times with another agency and several of their realtors, I was ready to find someone new who would do a better job. I was able to discover Summer when she was an Endorsed Local Provider thru the Dave Ramsey organization. After talking and meeting with her I knew that I wanted to list my duplex with her. During our earliest conversations she suggested that the duplex would definitely sell better if vacant and even then had a good idea of what the selling price would be. At the time the duplex was rented so it was several months before it became vacant. When I was finally able to list the property with Summer she inspected the property and pointed out several areas that needed some attention and as a result I ended up having the deck replaced. During the listing period she provided weekly reports, helped another agent obtain financing for a prospective buyer and made several suggestions about the asking price. After an offer was received she explained the pros and cons of the offer, helped prepare the closing documents after I accepted the offer and attended the closing with me. Looking back I feel that I was fortunate to locate Summer and couldn't imagine using another realtor if I had another property to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED I called her one day and told her of a house I wanted to look at. She set up an appointment for us to see it. We loved the layout and decided to put a bid on it. They didn't accept it so we went back with another bid which was not accepted either. We discussed with Summer and decided to move on. We continued to look online at houses and decided we wanted to look at another one, so she set up an appointment for us to see it. We absolutely loved it and the neighborhood so she wrote up an offer she thought was fair. After she submitted it the selling realtor let her know there was another offer on the table, so we decided what we would offer and she wrote it up again! We got the house and we love it! I wasn't fond of the bank we chose, and should have gone with one that she recommended. Loved the home inspector we chose as he was very detailed oriented and knowledgeable. Closing was a breeze because of Summer and her expertise. We enjoyed working with her. She also was able to recommend a top rated realtor where my mom lived so she could sell her house and move in with us. Her house had an offer in three days and closed a little over a month later! Summer even helped my mom with her paperwork at closing since she was doing it out of state. She is an awesome realtor and I would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Summer when she was with Coldwell Banker Brown and having dealt with realtors throughout my life she has been the best so far. We (wife and I) told her exactly what we wanted, the price range we could afford and the area that wanted to be in. Everything that wasn't on our list was taken off and we were shown exactly what we wanted. Being in the military and working weird shifts, she was able to work around my schedule and was always available to answer any questions that we had. When it came to down choosing a house we wanted she was very honest with us and helped us come work with the sellers on a reasonable price. Everyone one I meet that is looking for a house will get a business card for Summer. Thank you very much for helping my wife and I find our first home so that we can finally start our family. :)
