My husband and I had our house listed with several realtors over the course of three years plus, with no success until we listed our house with Summer Byram. Sumer immediatley offered suggestions/ideas none of the other realtors mentioned. She literally held our hand and walked through selling our house and locating a house for us to purchase from beginning to the end which made the process simple from our perspective. She is very assertive, creative and deligent. Sumer, you are a true gem in your profession. Selling a house is challenging enough, selling a home when you live out of state requires an extra level of trust. You lifted the weight of the world off of my shoulders when we received a full price offer the day after it was listed, but I will never forget your guidance, communication, honesty, integrity and patience that you provided me long distance when we hit a few unexpected bumps! (The inspector walked into a flood that required 3 levels of restoration before we could close). You went above and beyond anything I would have expected from a Realtor and you were still able to close the sale within the expected time frame!!! I wanted to add that I had my home listed with a Realtor (who was also the President of our HOA) for a year prior to listing with Sumer and the whole experience left me disheartened.
