ZillowVERIFIED Sujin helped my wife and I buy our first home. From the start, she was so proactive and attentive. After our initial conversation, where she asked wonderful questions about the properties we were looking for, we worked together to make a list of houses to see. We live out of the state and she worked hard so we could see 6 homes in one day.She was honest and upfront about the whole process, which was so important for us as first time homebuyers. She answered all of our questions beginning to end and never made us feel like a bother. Once we found our home, she was a defensive agent moving quickly and always acting on our best interest, it was because of her quickness that we were able to move forward with a home that had other offers.Sujin is truly a wonderful person and an even greater agent! Definitely will be recommending her to family and friends and most importantly, using her again if we decide to buy another home in this area.A++++++

ZillowVERIFIED Very unresponsive. I wanted to see some properties so I Left several voicemails, send several texts and also send her emails but she never answers. If she does decide to answer its usually atleast 2 days later. I would never recommend her to anyone. I had to contact a different agent to show me the properties and thankfully they answered on time and were very helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED Sujin had my wife and I view 5 properties on the day that we met her. She observed the homes as if she were a part of our family, and wanted to be sure that we were making the correct decision. Sujin made the process smooth, as I barely even had to speak with her and I was confident that she was handling everything perfectly on her end. We closed on our home on 3/30/2018 and are living the dream. Thank you Sujin.

ZillowVERIFIED We've never bought a house before. We made contact with Sujin from a listing we saw online. I cannot express how great of a job she did. She answered all of our questions, took us to see at least two dozen houses before we made our choice. After that she negotiated with the seller to get us a better price, and took us through the process, and answered all of our questions . I'd suggest her to anyone who's looking to buy.Thank you Sujin.

ZillowVERIFIED One word: AMAZING!!! i've never met another agent like Sujin. She's not just concerned about making a sale but genuinely cared about us and what we should invest in.... she's professional, she's patient, she's knowledgeable, she's amicable and kind, and very much experienced and seasoned in that career. She exudes cheerfulness and genuine love for what she does .... and oh, did i mention patient! what else can i say? Our inhibitions (associated with moving to a new state) are soothed... I think that we've found a friend for life!

ZillowVERIFIED Sujin was our realtor when we recently purchased our dream lakefront home. She expertly guided us on what we should offer and negotiated with the seller about repairs that needed to be done in order to close on the house. Our next big job for sujin was to sell the house we owned in PA. She understood that we were anxious to sell the house. She recommended a selling price and after each showing she would tell us the feedback she got about her house. She recommended we reduce the selling price. In just three months we were in contract with a buyer. We adore Sujin. She is an amazing realtor and always answered our texts and phone calls immediately. She is always happy and friendly. We are forever grateful to her for finding us our dream home!!

ZillowVERIFIED We cant say enough good things about Sujin. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing. Sujin understood that and was patient with us finding the right house and then guided us through things every step of the way. She always answered our emails and texts promptly and she was very professional, friendly, and had a positive attitude. She arranged everything that needed to happen for us to get the house, including arranging for an electrician to do repairs we needed to have done in order to get financing. She was amazing at negotiating for us. She made the whole process a breeze and was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Sujin to anyone looking to buy a house!

ZillowVERIFIED Sujin is awesome! We had our house listed with another agent with another agency for over four months with no results. We ended our relationship with them and hired Sujin. She is so upbeat and positive. She came in with a solid game plan and suggestions to market out house. She repeatedly told us not to worry, that she was going to sell our house. And she did in 16 days in a very difficult Scranton City market. She gave us positive feedback after each showing and had patience with our questions and concerns. We very highly recommend Sujin to help you find a home or get your house sold!

ZillowVERIFIED I read the reviews online, and decided to try Sujin. It was just like people talked about...I listed my property in January 2016. I had expressed to her that I really needed to sell by august (mine not being an easy sell)...she was spot on and pulled it through. Made the whole process seem like childs play. Thank you Sujin, you are awesome!!! Keep up the good work...

ZillowVERIFIED Sujin was absolutely amazing helping us to choose a home and following through the process with us to close. We reached out initially to a few realtors and she was the only one who offered available homes that met our needs. She knows her stuff, and was very helpful in guiding us through the process. She stayed in contact with us, and always got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. While we hope this will be our forever home, if we should ever be in the market for a home, Sujin is our first choice, and I would recommend her to anyone in the market for a home!Great job! Well done!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Sujin highly enough! She was professional, enthusiastic, very friendly, knowledgable of the local market, and understanding of our needs and wants. This was our very first home purchase and we were nervous about what we were getting into, but Sujin was with us every step of the way. She was always quick to point out major faults with a home, such as foundation issues, etc., which made us feel that she had our interests at heart. Whenever we had a question or issue, her replies were prompt via email or text. When we finally settled on a house, Sujin successfully negotiated for everything we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Sujin to family, friends, and acquaintances. Overall, we had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Sujin.
