ZillowVERIFIED I was blown away by the attention Suede showed me throughout the buying process this was my first home purchase I had a million questions and Suede had a million and one answers. Every time I called he answered and even stayed up past midnight to submit my offer for the home I purchased. Would recommend for anyone from new home buyers or property flipping.

ZillowVERIFIED Suede was a great realtor, everytime I had a question or needed to talk about something quick he answered or called back right away. He also has great knowledge and experience with real estate. Another thing with Suede is that he has a lot of connections with great contractors that helps throughout the process. ZillowVERIFIED Suede did an outstanding job helping us become homeowners! In fact he went beyond what I wouldve expected a realtor to do. He took us too many houses to look he knew the history of each of the homes Suede is very knowledgeable. He even helped us with a new mortgage lender. My family and I were very impressed with how willing he was to meet with us on my schedule which is actually pretty limited. Suede was very professional responded to texts emails rapidly.

ZillowVERIFIED Suede was the best to work with. I ran him around all over looking for the perfect home and he was very patient and made himself available when asked. One of the greatest things working with him, he always did so much research on every place and when we met to view a home he had all the past and present Info. I would definitely recommend him for helping find the perfect home. Suede is very professional and very easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We are very grateful to have Suede as our realtor. Suede promised to bring us one or two offers if we gave him three weeks. He delivered much, much more. What separates this particular sale from many others (we had bought/ sold condos, single-family homes, and even a multi-unit rental) is the hassle-free experience. Suede took ownership of everything - from guiding us, cleaning the property, preparing the photos (with drone shots), listing it, overcoming unexpected issues, and finally, negotiating successfully through several offers at the price we wanted. All these while we were on a one-month vacation, island hopping on the other side of the big pond. Thank you, Suede!

He and his team were very helpful explaining the process of buying a home, especially for a first-time home buyer like me. Whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation, Suede was always available for a quick chat to help me make the right decision. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Suede was very helpful with everything from basic questions, quick set up of viewings, questions involving specific properties, closing processes and more. He gave me lots of information when starting the homebuying process like trusted inspectors and loan officers and told me about things I didn't know about as a first time homebuyer. He's very friendly and accommodating with scheduling and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Suede was great! Always responsive and knowledgeable when we had questions. As first time home buyer, we had plenty of questions and if he couldn't answer or didn't know, made sure to contact someone who would be able to get an answer. Also showed took the time to show multiple properties in the same day if need be to make sure we found the right home in a timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIED The stars aligned and brought Suede into our lives with perfect timing. As a first-time homebuyer, I was admittedly terrified by the entire process, but upon meeting Suede my fears quickly faded away. From day one we knew he was going to put in the work to ensure we found the perfect place and that we were happy. He was there every step of the way, and went above and beyond for us. The team he works with is top-notch as well.Suede is heckin cool. We were looking for a realtor and a place to call home, but ended up with that and so much more, and for that I will be eternally grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought and sold my house with Suede. First, what a kickass name. Second, I was very fortunate to have Suede fall into my realtor role. Many people ?know someone? who turns up to be your aunt?s neighbor or a distant cousin, but I knew better to get stuck with a part-timer who wasn?t experienced at all. Suede was ready and hit the ground running looking for the perfect fit and asked great questions to narrow down my search (when inventory was high) as a first time homebuyer. He figuratively held my hand through a very large first-time purchase and made it feel effortless on my part. When it became time to sell because I was moving for a job, I knew exactly who to call. Suede had navigated the market, not just professionally, but personally and could give me the rundown of what to expect and what to prepare so we could get a fair offer. I was always in the loop about even the most mundane details of the process and felt 0 stress from his end. We had some surprises from the other agent and Suede was able to be the middleman of a very stressful avoidable situation. I cannot recommend highly enough for you to use Suede instead of your Uncle?s college roommate.

ZillowVERIFIED We came upon Suede while a year into our home hunt. He was very attentive and sensitive to our needs. And by that time our frustrations. He went above and beyond our expectations honestly. I found myself relying on him for advice and guidance more and more. He was always willing to find answers if he did not know them at the time. We had many issues with our home purchase that prolonged our closing for several months. Suede made sure we were updated on all new information. He was great. My husband and I could not be happier in our new home. Thank you Suede for all your hard work and dedication.

ZillowVERIFIED He went above and beyond. Calling people when there were issues and getting things to move in the right direction. We had an issue with the appraiser and had to find an engineer. Suede was right on top of it. Then getting the report to the bank and making sure everything went along as it should.
