Sue helped me find my dream home in 2 weeks. At the beginning I didn t know what I wanted and constantly was changing my mind. She helped me set my priorities, listened attentively and showed me only suitable properties till we picked the perfect one. And I am a very picky costumer...Sue would pick me up in her car, drive me to see all the listings for the day and even buy me a lunch while talking numbers. And she is like a calculator. We are an LGBT+ family and Sue helped us buy our first home! As a teacher, I was able to partake in a program meant to aid teachers in buying a home and Sue was incredibly knowledgeable about the program. Additionally, she walked me through the buying process from pre-applying, to viewing homes, to submitting our offers, so on, and so forth! She walked us through everything every step of the way! One thing Sue was especially helpful with was communicating with the selling realtor about horrible touch ups they did on their end with paint that was differently-colored than the base paint. Her job was not finished until we were 100% satisfied!

Sue went above and beyond for us and was always available no matter what time. She was able to take our offer for our new home and make it the most desirable out of 5 other offers on the table!
