Very knowledgeable agent, handled all the paperwork in a very timely and professional manner. The house showed very well and she was always available for all scheduled showings. Was very efficient at answering any questions I had and providing me copies of paperwork as needed. I was very pleased with how the house was listed online. The property sold very quickly and Sue was right on with giving a me the contract offer and proceeding from there with all the inspections and making sure everything to do with the inspections was handled efficiently.
