There are not enough characters to describe how AMAZING Sue is. This was our first house and we werent familiar with all the paper work we had to figure out and she let us call her as many times as we needed to make sure it was right. She also made sure that all of the inspectors used during this process were trustworthy and fair. She truly cares about her clients and makes sure that every detail of process is perfect before settlement.

Very knowledgeable agent, handled all the paperwork in a very timely and professional manner. The house showed very well and she was always available for all scheduled showings. Was very efficient at answering any questions I had and providing me copies of paperwork as needed. I was very pleased with how the house was listed online. The property sold very quickly and Sue was right on with giving a me the contract offer and proceeding from there with all the inspections and making sure everything to do with the inspections was handled efficiently. Overall I was very please with my selling of this property through Sue Reed , she works very hard, does a great job keeping the seller up to date and just handles the whole process very smoothly and professionally. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to sell there property. Another thing that was very important to me: I was able to make contact with her very easily either by text or phone. Also she would stop by and personally discuss things.
