We initially tried a "low cost" realtor and found out that there was a reason for their "low cost", they did nothing, no consulting, no follow up, no concern for us, and no sale! We had very specific criteria we were looking for in a new house, and we were struggling to find anything comparable. We went to drive by one house we saw on the website that sparked our curiosity and noticed that the listing agent was Sue Patti. This was a name we were familiar with from many years ago when a family member sold a house with Sue Patti. We called Sue to discuss this house and realized it was not the right house for us, but knew Sue was the right real estate agent to begin working with. After a few weeks we found a house listed on the MLS sight that Sue had set up for us. Within a few days of seeing this listing online, we were in this house and placed an offer a few days later with Sue and Tom's guidance. We owned a home at that time and now needed to sell it so we could move into our new home. After a few weeks at a listing price that was too high for our area, we discussed this with Sue and Tom and lowered our listing price, and the first person who walked into our house for a viewing placed an offer. Sue helped us see this purchase through (there were a few snags on the buyer's side) to completion. A builder we were working with knew about our frustration so he referred us to Sue and Tom Patti. I cannot explain how important it was to have a relator with the knowledge and industry expertise they have helping to close the deal on our home. There were multiple offers on our dream home. However, Sue and Tom contacted the relator and went the extra mile which we believe helped the existing home owners to choose our offer.
