She was always very professional, very prompt with replies (even while on vacation), offered constructive advice on what updates should be made in the house- those updates that would really help with the sell, what updates would be nice to do but not necessary, etc. She was very conscious of the market and I felt we got top dollar for my home. Bottom line is I would use Sue Brown again in a heart beat!
