ZillowVERIFIED Sudhakar helped me find my first house. In addition to finding it he helped me through out the construction by providing services like inspection, Deco advice, Loan advice etc.. Some of these services have removed uncertainties to me as a first time buyer and saved a lot of time and money(by avoiding mis steps). I recommend him for any one in the future. Thank you sudhakar.

ZillowVERIFIED Hi Sudhakar, Just writing to say THANK YOU for all that you did to help us for our new home. We really like the time and patience that you showed us as well as the individualized attention. We were glad you were there for us from the searching of the location to closing the home. There were times when we were ready to give up and you told us to hang in there, We did it. Thank you so much for making this all possible for us. If we ever know of anyone who is trying to find a home we will gladly recommend you as a realtor. You are the best, You can do the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Sudhakar was a pleasure to work with. He showed us a couple houses before we decided on our new house. He got us more than what we expected and I felt as if he had our back the entire time. In short time he gained lot of local knowledge and huge customer base. He also helped with many of friends in closing the new and used homes. Working with him was effortless.

ZillowVERIFIED Sudhakar had been extremely helpful through-out the process. This made our experience much pleasant with our first home purchase. He explains the process thoroughly and answered all our questions patiently. He even provides suggestions and important inputs that are critical in decision making.I found him to be balanced between professional in terms of his service and casual in terms of home counseling. He is not at all a profit-driven agent that you would want to avoid.
