I was told that another agent would reach out to me to confirm the availability of the requested date and time. I was never emailed or messaged so I decided to send an email to the agent listed above, on 3-14-20 at 2pm. I was called and messaged after 10pm stating that 1pm aEURoeworks for me plz confirm.aEUR? I replied back a few minutes later saying that 4pm would be better. Once again no response until the next morning at 8:36 that simply read aEURoeokaEUR?. Finally at 3:20 pm 40 min before the requested meeting time I'm messaged again that reads aEURoe 4 PM doesn't work for me.aEUR? No explanation, no apology, no suggested rescheduling date and time. This entire experience has been extremely unprofessional and I will be taking my money, and business elsewhere. The fact that is agent has a 5star review is baffling. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
