Ive worked with a number of realtors over the years, and Stuart is by far the very best. Hes extremely knowledgeable about the Portland condo market and purchasing process. Throughout my search and purchase, he answered all my questions very promptly, clearly, and completely. He never tried to nudge me into a purchase, and in fact was very understanding and supportive when I got cold feet on a purchase and intended to terminate my search altogether. In short, hes the gold standard. Id give him 10 stars if I could.

I had the pleasure of working with Stuart a few years ago when my son purchased a condo. So when I decided to buy one myself, I went back to Stuart. Moving, and the whole process of buying or selling can be very stressful Stuart brings a calm, knowledgeable approach that makes the process easy to navigate. After I made my selection, Stuart handled the transaction seamlessly. To be honest, the whole process was low stress due to his approach, his professionalism and his experience. Stuart was an excellent selling agent from start to finish. I was selling a downtown condo during a tough market (interest rates were sky-high), and he was both encouraging and knowledgeable at every step. I was out of state the whole time, but he was on top of everything, from paperwork to staging to navigating building entry with the HOA and management company.
