Stu and his team did a great job selling our house. Stu explained what needed to happen, and was very communicative and answered all of our questions. He did a good job helping us settle on a selling price, showing us the comps and explaining market conditions. We appreciated his organization - as soon as we said we wanted to list, he began scheduling professional cleaners and stagers for the property. He also was able to handle several issues that came up with selling the property, coordinating with various entities to ensure the sale could go through. Our closing was very quick and easy.
