He was very helpful with the purchase of our home, but even more, the service he provided us for the last 3 years, as we were not familiar with the area, and knew no one. So, it was a no brainer when we were ready to upgrade our home. He has been the most helpful person I have ever encountered, and always responds quickly. He has made our move to Southern Illinois very peaceful as we always know he is one call (or text) away. My family is forever grateful for all he has done for us.

My home had most recently been used as a bakery. So it required just the special homeowner to come along. I don't know how he does it, but Stew always manages to reach to the unknown and pull back just the right person in record time to buy what I am selling.I recommend Stew to every person I know who is selling a home. In less than a year, we sold our house, bought a new house, inherited a house, sold it and I changed jobs. We worked with Stewart and his staff at Farmer and Company for all three real estate transactions. I got the impression that I was wasting his time. He would not be willing to travel to Vienna to see our house. I would not recommend him.
