Stevenson Farnsworth

My name is Stevenson and I'm from a small town north of Kansas City. I attended Wake Forest University and earned my BS (Finance) and MS (Accountancy) in North Carolina. After working in public accounting in New York City, I relocated to Denver in 2009 and earned my CPA license in the beautiful state of Colorado.

In 2013, I bought a loft in Five Points and immediately began serving Treasurer of the HOA. This experience has taught me the importance of proper due diligence in understanding the HOA budget, rules & regulations as well as the sense of community that can be built with sweat equity.

As I have watched Denver grow over the last decade, I have become increasingly engaged with the neighborhoods I call home. While I was working in finance/accounting, my passion projects included: urban infill, increasing public park space, bike infrastructure connectivity and private development that benefit the public. Through focusing on my involvement in these areas, I realized that I could turn my passion into my profession. As a CPA and realtor, integrity, due diligence, accuracy and clear communication are my commitment to my clients.

When not working, I can be found in a neighborhood watering hole, enjoying the outdoors or volunteering with several Denver non-profits spanning: foster animals, environment, TEDxVail and the Colorado Society of CPAs.
