Steven Tran

Steven's passion for real estate is rooted in beginning his journey as an investor and property manager, purchasing multifamily properties in both Oregon and Washington. His experience in managing rental properties, renovation, and finding great ROI properties make him a great resource for investment-focused clients. He is invested in the industry and community as 2025 President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Portland Chapter and as a State Director for Oregon REALTORS®. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Steven has firsthand understanding and appreciation of the many benefits of living here, and the values of those looking to settle down in the area. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Steven attended the University of Washington, where he studied Business Marketing & Entrepreneurship, and proceeded to work in internet marketing and software engineering in the tech and finance sectors in the Bay Area. When Steven isn't making his clients' home ownership dreams come true, he enjoys playing basketball, lifting weights, and traveling.
