Review Horrible. They made a bunch of unprofessional derogatory statements about my building that were nasty. They were completely unprepared...no comps. Said my place was worth UNDER HALF of the actual value based on...NO PAPERWORK or RESEARCH. And then made a joke out of the whole meeting saying if they had "ton and tons of money to throw around, they would make my place a restaurant" It was THE SINGLE most offensive and unprofessional meeting I have ever had the misfortune of attending. They are horrible realtors and even more horrible human for doing all that.

Review My overall experience was flawless. This being my first time buying a home, I was super overwhelmed, wasn't sure what I was doing, or the steps I needed to take, and to them that was just perfect. I got walked through every single step, asked a ton of questions, and never got a bad response, honestly I don't think there was one question I asked that I didn't get a direct answer too. Im posting this review about a month after I closed, and throughout the passed few weeks I have continued to ask questions, and I still receive quick responses with the upmost respect. They told me so much helpful information, and guided me through getting the best deals and rates for everything. I've saved so much money, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Very happy and will continue to go through them for my future purchases.

I have bought and sold several homes over the past decade, and I have worked with many real estate agents in the past. Steve was by far the best I've ever worked with. He went WAY above and beyond what real estate agents normally do. My sister and I both live far away, and he handled so much for us when we couldn't be there. From the beginning, he was always very helpful and always available. He took my ideas to heart and looked to find me the best house that suited our needs. After we decided on a house and put in our offer, he kept in contact with me to keep me in the loop through the entire process. I was never left wondering where we were in the process; Steve works very hard for you and is great at his job. Review Our experience was quick and painless. The best part is, since there are two of them they are almost always available to show houses. They left it up to us to decide which one of them we wanted to work with primarily. Steve is more direct and wants you to rate houses, but is good at identifying what you like. Kate is a bit more sensitive and wants to get a feel for what you need. They're both very friendly and will work hard for you. Steve will try to direct you to local banks for financing, but I would encourage anyone to shop around a bit. We went with a national chainSteve he worked with them well enough. They know all the major players in the area so getting to our closing was quite quick and easy. Good people. Lima strong.
