While we lived out of Texas we were looking for home in Tennessee, market was insane and few homes which we liked in our capacity. It was a Steven who made impossible possible for us. When Steven would show us the home on video camera it was all his eyes and our ears. We had tons of questions as we were first time buyers and he helped us to understand the most. After several months of communication, we finally met Steven on a trip to Tennessee in the summer of 2020. We looked at several homes, and Steven was available at most any time. He was more than helpful and knowledgeable of the market and area. A couple months later, we bought a house, sight unseen, with Steven as our point man. Through the whole process, with there being negotiations twice, Steven kept us in constant communication. I just cant see how this could have been completed without his abilities and hard work. In a hot, competitive market, this is the guy you need.

I interviewed multiple realtors when I decided to sell my house. I was very impressed with Steve and when he left my house after our first meeting I knew I had found my realtor. He was very down to earth and made suggestions for small changes, nothing major or expensive, that would make the house appealing. He pointed out the positives of the house and yard which he knew would appeal to prospective home buyers. He gave me contact information for contractors to perform the jobs I needed done. He was always very prompt in responding to my calls and texts and kept me informed every step of the way. We priced my house at a fair price which attracted multiple prospective buyers and resulted in my house selling the first day on the market and best of all for more than the list price. I can't say enough good things about Steve and his abilities as a realtor. He enjoys his job and it shows in the results he obtains. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
