The COVID19 restrictions added an extra twist to an already stressful process of moving from northern to southern California, but we were very fortunate to find Steven. His efforts to have a deeper understanding of what were looking for (which helped us focus on what were *really* wanted), enabled him to effectively filter down the inventory to those worth viewing, reducing Facetime calls and travel. We had just two day trips prior to moving. His experience really does show through, excellent local knowledge and transparency. We couldn't be more happy with our new home.
