ZillowVERIFIED We had a frustrating experience working with Sahar & Steven while selling our home. We shared several of these concerns with Sahar during the process but ultimately felt it was important to share our experience so other sellers can make an informed decision. Communication was one of the biggest issues. There were multiple times when we felt out of the loop and had to follow up ourselves to get updates. We also felt pressured to move forward with deals that didnt make sense for us as the sellers and seemed unusually favorable to the buyer. Another concern was the lack of presence during open houses. When we initially agreed to work together, we specifically asked that they be present, but that did not happen. Additionally, because they are based in Albuquerque, we personally would not recommend hiring them for properties outside that area, such as Santa Fe. In our experience, the distance seemed to affect the level of involvement and attention given to our listing. Selling a home is a major financial and emotional process. Unfortunately, we did not feel supported or represented the way we had hoped.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home, from looking for the perfect house to signing on closing day, is a complex process with a lot of moving parts. The mortgage company, the multiple inspections that may be needed, the sellers agent, the seller, and all the documentation that needs to be signed! It can be incredibly overwhelming and stressful because this is probably one of the biggest purchases youre ever likely to make. I was ready to buy a house, and thankfully a good friend recommended Steve Radolinski and his excellent team at New Mexico Home Deals. Never once did I feel pressured by any sales tactics, instead I felt like I had a good friend who was sharing his experience and expertise with me, staying by my side and calmly walking me through a process that was often more complicated than I first thought it would be. And when I was faced with making a decision about something that needed to be done I would ask Steve for advice and he would give me a few options and explain what I needed to know. Once I made a decision and let Steve know, my next question would inevitably be - so what do I have to do now? And Steves reply was always - dont worry Ill get it all taken care of. Thats the kind of person you need in your corner and by your side when you are buying a home! And the rest of the team was just as helpful and reassuring from start to finish during this whole process: Patrisha, Sahar, and Charmaine. I also have to say that all of Steves recommendations, from mortgage lender, to inspectors, to referrals for repairs, were all prompt, professional, and courteous. It was always a great relief when Steve would let me know that he and his team would take care of scheduling and coordinating anything that needed to get done once I had decided what I wanted to do. ZillowVERIFIED Ive worked with a number of agents in different states and one was awful, some were good, and one was great (Steve of course). Its not just that he does whats needed, he does things that an agent isnt really required to do but makes everything easier, and he seems to do it happily. We met him looking at a listing of his which turned out to be not quite right for us. He thought we would be the people for a house he knew, that wasnt on the market yet. We saw it 10 minutes later and he was right. We looked at about 30 other houses, but came back to this one which turned out to be quite a challenge to purchase, but Steve worked at it for months while we looked at other houses. He made it happen, keeping us informed the whole time, and in the end got a LOT more $ off the price. Wow. He is good about giving honest opinions and recommendations (Are you thinking what Im thinking? No.). He has a gentle way of giving hard news and makes a stressful situation less so. Professional, responsive, made us feel like we were his only clients.
