Steve is extremely knowledgeable in real estate matters, and went out of his way to ensure I was informed of all matters involving the sale of my house. He conducted numerous open house days, and personally attended each to ensure potential buyers, and I, were properly educated and informed. He is professional, yet friendly. Steve went above and beyond with the purchase of a condo and sale of my step mothers home. We placed the house on the market in mid March and was sitting at the settlement table the beginning of May.
