ZillowVERIFIED This team prices themselves on how many clients they take year but it doesn?t allow them to spend the time needed on each case. They only work 9-5 weekdays no weekends. Which if that works for you great but In this being our 3rd house investment proved to be horrible in this CO market! Usually the times most ppl can see a house is after 5 or on weekends. Alyson Wahl was particularly horrible to work with. She was bad at responding even during work hours & both her and Saba the receptionist were usually sassy in their responses. With how much these ppl get paid it?s ridiculous they don?t have time for their clients and buyers clients needs. Alyson let the contract go void 2x and just said ?oh let me send an amendment to repair that?. Finally they let the contract go void and didn?t communicate with us because the seller couldn?t get her house to go through. We were out $700 in inspection fees & all the team lead Steven could say was oh well you can try and go legal but you won?t have any luck. Anyway out of my 3 home purchases this team is by far the worst but if you do decide to try them maybe you?ll have better luck

With the state of the Denver market being so competitive, we wanted an agent who would quickly act on a property on our behalf and had a strong track record of sealing deals. We did our research and asked for referrals. After a strong referral, we decided to contact Bogar Pilkington?s group to schedule an appointment with an agent. We were immediately contacted by Arnold Tedjokusumo and he was very eager and excited to meet us. Our first meeting with Arnold exceeded our expectations for a real estate agent. He was attentive to our needs, knowledgeable, kind, and went the extra mile by walking us through the entire buying process and he even scheduled a meeting with a potential lender. He took the time to listen to our concerns, provide feedback on best practices when finding a home, educated us on the current market, and he answered ALL of our questions during the meeting and encouraged us to ask more! At no point did we ever feel pressured. After talking with him, we felt confident he would be attentive to our needs and would work hard to find the right home for us. When it came to searching for a home, Arnold walked us through his home search process and evaluated our specific needs/wants. We had a few important considerations and he immediately marked those as priorities for us. Within a few days of hiring Arnold, we started looking at homes. While Arnold assisted us with negotiations and the large milestones, his staff assisted us with keeping track of critical dates/deadlines and getting important inspection information on the home. My wife and I felt we were in great hands and had a team dedicated to us. Everyone acted on a timely manner to ensure no deadlines were missed and communicated very well with our lender. We were able to close on our home within a month of initially searching for it!
