ZillowVERIFIED We started working with Steven in the Fall of 2016 looking for our first home and investment property. (2-family home). As first time home buyers, we were looking for someone who didn't mind "holding our hands" through the process and who would be patient with all of our questions Steven was a perfect fit for us. He was always super responsive to our calls/texts/emails, was very knowledgeable of the area, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Being an investor in the area himself, we really valued his opinion. Steven really shined once we were under contract. The property was a HUD home and so there were a lot of unknown aspects we knew nothing about and Steven was right there to educate us along the way. He was great- staying at the property to wait for the inspectors, the appraiser, and other vendors when we weren't available, recommending contacts for said vendors, and overall being very helpful and informative. We wouldn't have been able to close in such a short period time if it wasn't for his flexibility and help.We have aspirations of purchasing more investment properties in the future and will definitely work with Steven again. We highly recommend him and the vendors he recommends.UPDATE 12/2018: We worked with Steven again as we searched for our second rental property. As with our first purchase with him, he truly made our experience as stress free as possible. Always flexible, accommodating, quick to respond and professional. Having his wealth of knowledge and experience on hand is invaluable. We had a small hiccup during closing and he took charge and knew exactly what to do to ensure we closed on time and without any issues. We will definitely be working with him again for property number 3!

ZillowVERIFIED This is a late review. We chose Steven over a few others based on some factors even knowing that he was still newer as a real estate agent and he worked out well. He was realistic pricing our home based on market and variables involved. It wasn't offending either. And the pricing worked out well. Quick sale. He was always responsive, professional, worked with us, and pushed when needed on both sides. He has knowledge of realty business, buying and selling, renting homes in area from prior personal experience, and was newer to the realtor agency business when we hired him and his agency. We understand agencies can be a factor, but as for Steven he is a professional and good agent. He was accommodating and sent paperwork on time even without us being at sale. Everything worked out very well in the end. The pictures and set up and postings of the house were great. He will definitely make a very good realtor and on his way to promising sales and business. I would recommend him personally.
