ZillowVERIFIEDSteven was amazing in helping us purchase our first home from day 1! He was available whenever we needed him, it didn't matter what time of day/night it was. He was extremely patient especially since I could be a bit on edge at times with worrying about everything and having lots of questions. Once an offer was accepted, he was in constant communication with us, our lender and the sellers agent. The sellers were out of the country and the timing of things could get tricky with the time difference but Steven didn't miss a beat! We used a VA loan and were worried that the required repairs might be an issue but he negotiated very well and he made sure the sellers did their part on completing repairs to meet VA requirements. He was always very positive and assured us we would get to closing day and we did! We are very appreciative of all of Steven's efforts in this 5 month home buying process and will definitely refer friends and family to him when they're in the market for a new home.
