My family and I were trying to relocate from Texas to Raleigh and I happened to stumble upon Steve. I spoke to him a few times while also interviewing other realtors, and frankly, he was so above and beyond them it was never really a question. Steve set us up quickly in an online portal to be able to look at properties and answered any and all of my questions in depth. Steve is not only one of the talented realtors I have had the pleasure of talking to but one of the best professionals, period. He cares about his clients and the relationship he is building and is not looking for a quick commission. There were multiple properties he could have pushed on us that honestly fit most of our needs but he wanted to find the right home for us, even if that meant continuing to look for months. Steve responds to any communications quickly, is ready to visit a property that may fit your needs, and just has an amazing demeanor and personality. My story ends with us not being able to relocate to Raleigh due to other life circumstances getting in the way and one of the biggest disappointments in that was not being able to continue to work with Steve.
