Steve's local knowledge of the South Bay market led to pretty much perfect initial pricing with a couple of offers coming in at a bit above asking. Unfortunately, latent defects in the property scuttled our initial deal and a couple of extra months of work was required to get the house marketable once again. We had already moved out of state, and Steve went far above and beyond in coordinating and managing the work required to fix the property. After all was said and done repair-wise, the buyer whose offer we initially accepted came back with a somewhat lowball offer. Steven did a great job negotiating with the buyers and moving the deal to a close. I would not hesitate to work with Steve again, and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
