Steven McElwee

Steven McElwee of Lake Livingston Texas, began his career in 2002. He learned the fundamentals of home building while at University of Houston studying architecture. Graduated with bachelors of architecture in 2007. Over the course of 15 years, he has held executive positions with some of the nation's largest and most successful commercial Architecture firms and Construction companies and has maintained a passion for home building and helping people find their dream home. In 2015 started Foresight Custom Homes and designed and built 8 custom homes. Then after Hurricane Harvey hit we jumped into action helping Houston community clean up and build back. In 2020 helped investor's develop 3 tracks of land for 98 townhomes. In 2021 started selling homes and found out I loved working with people on all aspects. I really enjoy helping people get into their dream homes.
