Steve was great to work with. He was able bring a lot of foot traffic thru the house within the first 3 days and was able to secure buyers for my house getting over $30,000+ over what I ever thought possible for my house. Steve always kept me in the loop. I am very pleased that I chose to go with him to sell my house I think you would be too.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I even begin with how great it was to work with Steve? After having a terrible experience with the realtor who sold our home, we just randomly were assigned to Steve off of Zillow and we truly could not have been luckier. Not only was he extremely responsive, knowledgeable in the industry, professional, would constantly give us great adviseaEUR|. but he was also friendly, funny, and took what was a very stressful time for us and made it as seamless and smooth of a transition as possible. Throughout the process he became a friend to us. I could not recommend Steve more and will continue telling all my friends looking to sell/buy a home to work with him knowing they will be left in great hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Going into buying my first house, I had no idea what to expect and I wasnt exactly sure what to look for. Luckily, Steve was able to help us sort through all of the options, eventually getting us into the right house, in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient with all of the questions we had and was always willing to go the extra mile to get us in to see houses that would go on and off the market within a day or two. It did not matter how far of a drive or how tight of a schedule he had that day. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to any friends and family looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve was very helpful in finding a house that fit my specifications. He was transparent with each house we visited and was dedicated to finding the house and not just a house. Steve offered great insight into an area that I was somewhat unfamiliar with and was patient when I took the time to think things through. If you're looking for an agent that's in your corner, Steve is a great choice.

ZillowVERIFIED I had been searching for a house for quite some time, most agents wouldn't even respond to me. Steve responded quickly every time I contacted him and every time I mentioned a property to view, he'd schedule it right away (the next day basically), and we'd go look it it. Within a week I found a place and while it took quite a bit of time to "get to the finish line" because of all the things involved in getting the loan and appraisals, inspections, etc, we did get there and Steve stuck with me even if I got a bit irritated by the process at times.

He was extremely knowledgeable on the areas we were looking in and did an amazing job negotiating the sale for me. If you want a great realtor who really knows his stuff then Steve is your man. Thank you Steve for your work in helping my family find or dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve was absolutely amazing. I met him at one house which the pictures looked way better than it was. He asked for our criteria and took us to the house we ended up buying! It wasn't even one I looked at before. He stayed in touch with me through out the process, even negotiated a couple of extra trips to the house before closing so that I could get measurements before moving in. He has been a god-send through out the whole thing right down to calming me down because I was nervous. I know I wouldn't have found my new home without him. I can not begin to express my gratitude for his wonderful caring help.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Steve to purchase a home for our youngest daughter and her young twins. Steve was very responsive when we had concerns or questions about the various homes we considered. He listens well and asked insightful questions to help us frame out what we really wanted in this home. Steve was very patient despite working across three generations from grandparents to elementary school kids during some of our home inspections and meetings. Steve also gave good advice when asked on inquiries from me ranging from who to use for the home inspection, potential lenders and even carpet installers. Through all of it there was never a doubt that Steve realized we were in charge of decisions and he acted faithfully as our agent. It was a pleasure working with him, Steve was always positive and supportive. I would not hesitate to call him first if we ever need a realtor in the future.
