ZillowVERIFIEDLook no further as you will not find a better real estate team. In fact, Camarae Kelley knocked it out of the park aEUR" to say she went above and beyond is an understatement. When a third party appraiser failed to deliver a timely and proper report, which was made worse by an out of state lender that was not very communicative, our Wyoming dream home/property deal was put in serious jeopardy as our closing date came and went. Camarae immediately stepped in to find a workable solution to get us back on track, worked with the sellers agent to keep our offer alive, introduced us to an incredible local lender, and I'm happy to say we were not only able to set a new closing date quickly but we successfully met that deadline! But that customer-focused service was not just limited to dealing with unforeseen and rare issues that popped up with what should have been a straightforward home purchase. Throughout the entire process, Camarae and the Steve Laakso Real Estate Team were very responsive and helpful. From responding quickly to my initial email, to showing properties, negotiating a deal, ensuring documents were quickly reviewed and signed, and talking via email, phone and text, my wife and I were constantly being updated and treated as a priority. We could not have closed this deal without Camarae. Additionally, we have been thoroughly impressed with her: - Attention to detail - Professionalism - Knowledge of real estate process and Gillette area - Understanding our needs/wants - Communication - Problem-solving - Flexibility in meeting with us It is impossible to relay how much we appreciate all of her work. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Steve and his team were excellent to work with. They listed our old house and helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our new home. Steve was very knowledgeable of the local market and available listings. Our old house went under contract in two days and Steve wasted zero time showing us every house that had what we wanted. Buying and selling was a breeze with Signature Real Estate.

ZillowVERIFIED She was there for EVERY single step of the way. I had surgery and even helped me with appointments. This woman is the best first step to moving to a new town. I felt so alone, scared to be moving to Wyoming. She made it all the best. And even though we may sit differently on the political spectrum and the religious spectrum, she never once pushed her ideologies on me. She let me be me and I'll never forget my first friend in this scary city.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Steve & his team on several properties in Wyoming, and they have always provided exceptional services: from our first home buying experience while living out of state, to our last home purchase which was an investment property. They maintained the highest level of professionalism in the industry. Despite us living out of state again, we will continue to use Signature Real Estate Group for our real estate needs. Steve & Cam go above and beyond what is expected of them, which is much appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so lucky to find Melody when we were planning our move to WY from CO. Being in another state, we really needed someone who was willing to work hard to find us the perfect home. Melody went above and beyond our expectations, even driving multiple hours to view homes ahead of time for us before we made the trips out. Then once we found our perfect home, she was with us the entire way. From the offer negotiations to closing, Melody had our best interest at heart and ensured everything went perfectly. We cannot recommend her enough. Melody is everything you are looking for in a real estate professional.
