ZillowVERIFIEDSteven was great to work with. We had a pretty extensive list of what we wanted in a home/property and even though it was a daunting list, Steven made it happen and we found the perfect home for our family. Steven was great at walking us through the whole process from submitting an offer to signing all the paperwork. With check ins and text messages sent almost daily, we felt very confident and at ease when it came to buying our first home.

ZillowVERIFIED Steven exceeded my expectations as a buyers agent in every way. He has a great style aEUR" not too pushy, yet he moves the process along. He has excellent people skills. Very responsive. He was always very conscious of my goals as a buyer, and adapted his style to accommodate my needs and communication methods. I felt very much taken care of during the buying process. Steven really did all the work. All I had to do was to make the buying decision and secure the financing. The whole process from offer to closing was super smooth. In fact, we closed in less than 30 days. Overall, I would work with Steven again and highly recommend him to anyone else looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Steven did an excellent job steering us through our home purchase experience. Steven was literally our hands and feet every step of the way since we were buying the home from Pennsylvania! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us. Steven is the most kind, considerate, knowledgeable, understanding and totally trustworthy professional realtor. Steven made us feel comfortable and taken care of during this whole process. Steven's timely responses and communication to our questions and others was fantastic, we had total confidence that every thing was being taken care of properly and legally in all areas. We can't thank Steven enough and will be forever grateful for all his help and beyond! Thank You Steven!!! Forever Grateful, Dawn and Dave Pritzl

ZillowVERIFIED Steven did a great job in my home buying and selling process. I first worked with him in 2020 when finding my first house which he made the process a breeze. Then four years later when I decided it was time to sell, I knew he was the guy to work with. He made it an extremely easy process from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED Steven was great to work with. He did very well at keeping in contact with me through the whole process. He also was willing to squeeze me in for showings of houses if he had the time. Steven was also able to recommend me a lender that worked for me and made things go smoothly. Overall I was very happy to work with him and would again. He made my first time buying a house experience way less stressful then it could of been.

ZillowVERIFIED Steven created a well researched market analysis that informed our listing price. His predicted timeline from listing to sale was spot on! Steven was responsive and used multiple forms of communication according to the task and my preference, including DocuSign, text, phone call, email, and in-person meetings. He anticipated my questions and was thoughtful in his answers as I considered how to best prep and clean the home for sale. His knowledge of the local and regional market helped secure an above-asking price sale. Steven is well respected as a realtor and a community member.

ZillowVERIFIED House buying is stressful. I looked at many houses with a different agent and I always seemed like an inconvenient. It wasn't until I got in touch with Steve, my luck finally changed. Home shopping didn't seem so stressful after that. Steve made himself available and got me as much information as he could on my house. He was always on top of the game every step of the way. Which is important in a fast moving market. Steve is a very personable person and doesn't push or seem like hes just trying to collect a check. If you are looking to buy a home I strongly recommend giving Steve a call. I promise you won't find a better real estate agent!
