Since the home was not occupied, I was not in a rush to choose a realtor and I had plenty of time to try and choose the perfect realtor. This is the 4th time I've had a home for sale. I was looking for a realtor who was knowledgeable about market trends, knows the area well, is a go getter, attentive, had excellent credentials, who won many awards and sold many homes. One name kept popping up in my search- a realtor named Steve Kempton. From the minute I reached out to Steve, he was extremely friendly and let me know that we will be working as a team. He was extremely attentive to details, gave excellent suggestions and recommendations. He made sure the pictures of the house looked amazing before they were published. Steve was very responsive, and when I texted him with questions ( I had many), he answered within minutes.
